Rhodos Club — Optional Personalization Notice

Version 1.2
Published: 11 October 2026.
Effective when published in Rhodos Club.

Purpose and data

Rhodos Club is operated by IMPACT ALPS, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS), trading as Les Rhodos. SIREN: 978 140 432. SIRET: 978 140 432 00011. Registered and correspondence address: 18 Rue du Bourg, 74110 Morzine, France. Contact for the club, support and privacy requests: Carl Fithon, carl@morzinelets.com. Public website: https://www.rhodoshotelmorzine.com/. Publication director: Carl Fithon. This choice authorizes the club to use the preferences you provide, customer group and recorded club interactions to make Rhodos suggestions and promotions more relevant. Relevant information includes country and interests you provide, claimed flyers, recorded venue visits, redeemed offers and any historic purchases held in the club. Where this separate consent is current, country and return visits may be used to select relevant Rhodos promotions. General market planning may also use statistics only once they are sufficiently aggregated and anonymized to prevent reasonable identification; pseudonymous or hashed customer lists are still personal data. It covers information within Rhodos Club, not your activity across other companies' apps or websites.

For example, a preference you provide or a frequently redeemed type of offer may inform a relevant suggestion. These examples describe the permitted purpose, not a promise that an automated recommendation system is available. The retained compatibility reporting can calculate favorite products from historic purchases for authorized administrators when this permission is current. The current customer app displays ordinary group offers and has no automated marketing campaign sender.

Voluntary consent and limits

This is a separate, optional consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). It is off until selected. Refusing it does not prevent membership or ordinary group/eligibility checks necessary to provide benefits. Selecting interests or accepting terms does not select this permission. We record the document version, choice, time, platform and app version. A new optional notice requires a new choice.

We do not use this choice to infer health, religion, politics, ethnicity, sexuality or other sensitive traits. We do not combine club information with data-broker profiles, sell preference information or authorize third-party advertising, AI training or facial recognition. It does not authorize decisions intended to have legal or similarly significant effects, individualized credit or employment decisions, or exclusion from essential services.

Communications and recipients

Personalization is a purpose, not permission for every communication channel. Sending personalized marketing emails also requires current email marketing consent. This notice does not authorize SMS, WhatsApp or push marketing. Authorized staff with the relevant access and approved processors may process information only within the disclosed purpose. The reviewed app has no partner marketing export integration. This consent does not authorize uploads to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising or other third-party advertising audiences, or marketing by an unidentified Morzine Lets legal entity. Such use needs its own disclosed recipients/purposes and applicable consent before activation.

Withdraw or correct

Turn off personalization in Account and save, or use Withdraw all optional permissions. You can also ask the privacy contact to stop profiling, correct source information or review a suggestion. Refusal/withdrawal does not remove ordinary membership benefits. Further consent-based preference use must stop on withdrawal; earlier lawful processing is unaffected. Source activity needed for membership, fraud prevention or a justified legal obligation can remain under the Privacy Notice's separate purposes, but must not continue to be reused for withdrawn personalization.

Retention and implementation limits

The existing favorite-product query derives results when requested; it does not create a separate stored preference profile. The report uses only completed purchases from the preceding 12 months, and the current personalization choice is checked on every request. Withdrawal prevents subsequent reports immediately. This limit restricts use for the report; it does not delete the underlying operational purchase records. If stored derived profiles are added, their retention and withdrawal deletion must first be defined and disclosed. The Privacy Notice describes present account deletion, residual operational information, providers, transfers and your rights, including complaint to the CNIL.
